Graduate by Hilton, Laramie
Course: Extracurricular
Media: Revit, Lumion, Canva
Project Outline: Utilize existing architecture to deliver a design concept for the Laramie Hilton Hotel remodel project. Select FF&E that act as “easter eggs” in paying homage to Wyoming history and University of Wyoming pride.
Project Size: 2,345 sq ft
Full View of Entry + Reception: This conceptual design centers the reception desk with existing entry pillars to communicate clearly to the guest where they will first be greeted.
A closer look at the reception desk offers a moment for the details in this space to show off; I selected each detail with Wyoming in mind.
Entry-Left Seating Area: Once again the varying textures in this space create the feeling of an inviting lodge, as opposed to a standard chain hotel lobby.
Featured are portraits of Wyoming legends and the mixing of patterns representative of Wyoming's culture.
Entry-Right Seating Area: This semi-circle couch offers the ability to host guests in a more intimate, home-like space.
